HDK Marine products ship from Alberta, Canada to customers across Canada and, where available, the United States.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, shipment size, weight, and service selected. Available shipping options and applicable charges are shown during checkout.

Because HDK Marine displays are large, high-value products, shipping costs may vary significantly by destination.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed after payment has been confirmed. We will make reasonable efforts to ship orders promptly and will provide tracking information when available.

Orders may experience delays due to carrier capacity, weather, customs clearance, or other circumstances outside the control of HDK Industries Ltd.

Delivery

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are not guaranteed by HDK Industries Ltd. unless a specific guaranteed service has been purchased.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.

Damage in Transit

Please inspect your shipment as soon as possible after delivery.

If the package or product appears damaged, photograph the packaging and the product before discarding any packaging materials and contact HDK Industries Ltd. as soon as possible.

We will work with you to determine the appropriate next steps.

International & U.S. Orders

For shipments outside Canada, the customer may be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, tariffs, or other import-related fees unless otherwise specifically stated at checkout.

International delivery times can vary depending on customs clearance and the destination country's requirements.
