We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as HDK Marine may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted.

In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at the time the order was placed.

Purchases are subject to our Returns & Warranty policy.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation.

Shipping terms, including responsibility for applicable duties, taxes, brokerage, and import charges, may vary depending on the shipping method and destination and will be identified where applicable during the ordering process.

Risk of loss or damage during shipment will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the shipping terms applicable to the order.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact HDK Marine as soon as reasonably possible and retain the packaging and shipping materials until the matter has been reviewed.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and HDK Industries Ltd., including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from products purchased through our store, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Our products are subject to the applicable 1-Year Limited Warranty described in our Returns & Warranty policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HDK Industries Ltd., HDK Marine, and their respective directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products purchased through the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
